The Dan Evans Industrial Park is served primarily by 8" water lines that are fed off a 12" transmission line located on Kerr Rd. The mainline adjacent to this parcel is located on the South side of Fairview Rd so the only infrastructure required would be a road bore beneath Fairview Rd and meter installation.

 Gallia Rural Water presently has the capacity to serve this site with 500,000 gallons per day (gpd) with an estimated maximum of 750,000 gpd with no major infrastructure improvements.  Our current excess treatment plant capacity is approximately 1,800,000 gpd.
