The City of Two Rivers is seeking proposals for the use and development of the former Paragon property at 606 Parkway Blvd., Two Rivers.  

This prime real estate parcel is 26.77 acres (1,1673,226 square feet) of land located only one block from state Trunk Highway 42, a four-lane facility, and five miles east of I-43. It is one block from Lake Michigan.

Inconsistent ownership history resulted in neglect of the 316,000 sq. ft. building on the site. The building was built in phases: 957, 1963, 1973 and 1978. 

The City is prepared to sell the property at a price not to exceed the cost the City already invested to get the site productive again. As of January, 2020, the City has incurred $5M in expenses associated with this location.
